Standard sized flip-out (two disc) jewel case with cardboard slip cover. Includes two bonus audio tracks, "The Highwire" and "The Program". Also includes an exclusive bonus DVD with "Recording The Dead Eye" documentary, official videos for "All Against All" and "No Compromise", and two live performances.

There are several alternate names used to describe this particular release of the CD. Officially dubbed the "Limited Edition", it is also referenced as the "Special Collector's Edition" on the promotional sticker affixed to the plastic packaging, and even as the "Special Edition" or simply "Collector's Edition" in some retail listings. This easily leads to confusion, as other editions contain the same bonus tracks, or the bonus DVD. This edition can be uniquely identified by the fact that it is the only release to feature both the two bonus audio tracks AND the bonus DVD together. Of course, the UPC is also a reliable way to identify a matching release.
