"From the cataogue of "Erato", Paris"

Catalog number on spine is "RS 6145", while the back and gatefold inner have "Record Society Edition No. 6145". Catalog number on labels is S-6145. The LP is housed in the right side of the gatefold, with the sleeve opening inside at the centre. The back of the gatefold flap is blank. Mono and stereo versions have identical artwork - the mono version has "6145" on pink/grey labels, while the stereo has "S-6145" on green/grey labels. The stereo was issued with a medium "S" sticker on the front of the sleeve.

Issued again by WRC as part of the "Festival of baroque music" promotion in February & June 1966, with a new simple flipback sleeve. Issued once more by WRC in October 1968, in stereo only: look for different address combination on the back with Stafford House for the Adelaide address.
