    The company was represented on releases by the 19 logo / imprint.

    Principal activities of the company and subsidiaries - Artiste management, music & television production, merchandising, sponsorship, football agents.

    On the 9th April 2002 the company was renamed 19 Entertainment Ltd. which became the principal company behind group operations, subsequently 19 Management Limited was reincorporated on the same date by Simon Fuller and became a subsidiary of 19 Entertainment Ltd. Prior to the name change (as of 2001) 19 Management Ltd. owned 5 wholly owned subsidiaries - including 19 Recordings Ltd. (formerly 2019 Ltd.), 19 Merchandising Limited, 19 TV Limited, S Club Ltd. and held investments in a number of other record / media / management companies including Delirious Records Ltd. (25%), Native Management Ltd. 50%.
