- Lithuanian entity from Vilnius, established by Petras Asminavičius. Started operations in 1995, stopped existing in mid-2000s. It operated studios of the same name, duplicated CDRs, but is mostly prominent for being Lithuanian representative (and importer of CDs) for Australian middleman ATD, who never made disc themselves, but instead had them made to order by Australian CD manufacturing plants, mostly PMI, but also SMA, CD OZ, ML-Disk.
All Lithuanian CDs made in Australia (more than 100 different titles) were ordered by Bonifa from ATD, however on great part of them Bonifa was never mentioned and their catalogue number not printed, thus creating huge gaps in Bonifa catalogue, since they apparently had cat/no for every CD.
