• Baltimore-based songwriter and indie pop/experimental musician. Hunter was born in Texas and moved from Arlington, Texas, to Houston, Texas. In Texas, Hunter was a founder and member of the band Matty & Mossy.
  In 2010, Hunter founded the band Lower Dens in Baltimore, Maryland. He announced the breakup of Lower Dens in December 2021.
